By using the Ehgezly app, you agree to the following terms governing your relationship with the platform:

• Registration and Account: You must provide accurate information when registering, and you are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

• Booking and Payment: Every booking is confirmed instantly through the app. Displayed prices include all fees unless stated otherwise, and payment can be made electronically or in cash depending on the venue's options.

• Cancellation and Refunds: Users may cancel bookings within the timeframe specified by each venue's policy, and refunds are subject to the booked venue's terms.

• Content Responsibility: Ehgezly acts as an intermediary between users and venue owners, and is not liable for direct disputes between the two parties outside the scope of booking.

• User Conduct: Using the app for illegal purposes, submitting false reviews, or impersonating others is strictly prohibited.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and you will be notified of material changes through the app.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent Egyptian courts.
